For the bad days
Why does the universe hate me?
You searched that, or you said it out loud to a parking lot. For the record: it does not. But that was never really the question, was it.
Why it feels that way
Bad luck clusters. Three things break in one week and your brain, which is built to find patterns, decides you have been chosen. You have not been chosen. You are just in a bad stretch, and bad stretches end without asking permission.
What actually helps
Saying it. Not fixing it, not reframing it, just getting the sentence out of your chest and into the air. Decades of research on sharing feelings shows the telling itself is what loosens the grip. The universe does not need to be real for that to work.
Say it to its face
Here, you can complain directly to the universe, and it answers. Usually a little sheepish about your week. Your words dissolve after, and nothing is kept. It is the cheapest satisfying complaint you will ever file.
